Late Autumn on a Wilden Marsh Pond

Late Autumn on a Wilden Marsh pond

I am fortunate to see, photograph, enjoy, and walk through amazingly beautiful daily seasonal changes on Wilden Marsh Nature Reserve.. With the “Beast from the East” on the doorstep, the marsh is looking particularly bleak this morning. However, there is a golden glow developing that suggests the sun might light up the last of the bright autumnal colour again today. Another photographic opportunity could present itself on Sunday.

These seasonal changes are very interesting to document.

You are indeed fortunate to be able to visit this site so regularly. We all need to be “grounded” somewhere so you are very lucky to have found this anchorage.

I hope that the beast from the east turns out to be mythical.
