OtterCam on the River Stour
I put OtterCam out on the confluence of the River Stour and Hoo Brook: just to see what is about at the moment.

A well placed cam.
Thanks Tom.
Thanks Tom. Camera traps provide much animal activity information. OtterCam recorded 72 individual 30 second long videos of mice last night, which is excessive.
Such fun to see what happens while we are not there!
It’s always a thrill opening videos on an OtterCam memory card, Anne.
I’ve had a nice day, and watching this just made it that much nicer, don’t really know why, just so lovely to see creatures going about their lives…. we have otters here on the Tweed, but I’ve only once been up close to one, it came flumping down the bank just in front of me and disappeared into the water….
I’m glad that you have had a good day, and that you have seen an otter in the flesh, Cara. There is a huge amount happening in the countryside when we are not there to watch.
