Cinnabar moths can be found throughout Britain, except northern Scotland, wherever its larval foodplant, ragwort and groundsel, are present.

What a gorgeous moth, Mike. With those markings, you couldn’t possibly miss seeing them. All I ever see are dull grey ones.
There are so many insects to photograph on the marsh at the moment, Vicki.
