The heronry was busy and noisy this morning. As far as I could tell all 18 nests are claimed.

It is great to have such a busy heronry near you.
It is, Tom. I can look down on the whole heronry from Hoo Wood ridge.
What a wonderful sight and so good to hear all nests are in use.

So good to see Herons. It will be many weeks before they return to chilly Michigan!
