Cute and healthy-looking! 🙂
This is a bouncy calf the likes interacting with the other cattle; its mother is a loner.
Adorable calf. I saved a little calf once. I found it separated from its mother, laying in a borrow pit covered with fresh snow. I scooped it up and carried it to the farmer’s back door in the pre-dawn dark. The farmer took the calf inside and warmed it up. I later wrote a poem entitled simply, The Calf (on my blog). It was a special moment (and a heavy calf!).
Life is special and a result of very long odds.
Full of the joys of life 🙂
Yes. It’s TB results day today.
