Awesome shot!
My brother-in-law and his buddy (who used to work at the school where I worked until we both retired) are avid duck hunters. I can’t imagine wanting to kill these very intelligent birds that mate for life and have close family bonds. Crazy!
Since the inhabitants of our world have been able to crawl, swim, walk and fly, we have eaten each other. I am fond of the marsh cattle, but I also like the odd beef burger; fortunately, I am able to pay others to do the dirty work. I guess duck hunter kills end up in the food chain. I know for a fact that the marsh foxes love a fat mallard when they can get one. We are all animals.

Thanks, Thomas.
