St. John’s-wort – Beyond Wilden Marsh and Hoo Wood – Vermont – Part 13.

There is some scientific evidence that St. John’s- wort is helpful in treating mild depression, with benefits similar to that of antidepressants. However, there are also studies that suggest its beneficial effects are no better than a placebo.
