Thanks for the comment and the compliment, Jason. Are you sure it’s a Brown Argus? It looks like a polyommatus icarus to me. I could be wrong, the Brown Argus and the Common Blue female do look similar.
You are correct, Jason. It’s the prominence of the single black dot on each of the fore-wings that make the distinction. Thanks for the correction; I will remember the difference now.:)
