That was easy, Emily. I sung a lullaby. When the hoverfly was asleep, I crept as close as I could, focused, and fired a burst of 3 shots. This image is the best of the bunch. It’s easy when you know what to do. It just takes practice and a sweet singing voice. 😉

I love how you can see each individual eye. How did you get the fly to stay still long enough to take the shot? Did you also get a lot of blurry ones?
