I hesitate to “like” this post as I have comfrey plants growing all over my garden in inappropriate amounts. They are unkillable. Still, the photos are beautiful!
Thank you. They are persistent, and they make good fertiliser, being nitrogen rich.
And I like this post as I used to grow comfrey in a cordened off area of my old herb garden. I like the flowers too. I used to chop it up for the compost heap as it’s great for breaking down other compost ingredients.
But like mint, it can get out of control in the normal part of the garden. Pots, or plots of it, should be well away from other plants as it tends to take over.
