5th May 2012: At the far south end of the marsh, in a large field between the canal and the River Stour, is where the horses live. This foal is having a nap.
They were nice pictures you took of the horses. I remebered back when I was younger, I went on a horse, it was a good experience. Thats a true story that is. It has stuck in my mind from this day.
Gosh, I hope it is a nap – my brother’s horses sleep standing up.

sweeties! 🙂 most grown horses do sleep standing up (only laying down a bit each day, or if they’re hurting); but foals will lay down to sleep.
